Shipper Town is an independent fan project, not affiliated with Anthropic.
Claude Code attaches extra attributes to its metrics. We read only the type attribute and discard everything else before anything is stored or logged, including:
user.email, organization.id, user.account_uuid, user.account_idsession.id, model, terminal.typevcs.* repository attributesPrompts and code. Claude Code only sends prompt text in logs/events, and Shipper Town has no logs or traces endpoint. The CLI only enables metrics.
If you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to count visits. Google then sets _ga cookies and receives the pages you view, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We use it only for aggregate traffic numbers.
If you decline or don't choose, Google Analytics is never loaded and no request goes to Google. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, and you can change it any time with the cookies link in the footer.
Apart from analytics, we only set a sign-in session cookie and a small hint cookie (st_signed_in) when you sign in. Both are needed for the site to work.
